***EDIT*** Well I changed her codename from Cedar to Timberwolf. I'm allowed to do that! nah, the story is still in the teething process a little.

Yes it is indeed Jane Porter, lovely wife of Tarzan, but she's in the present day

THe reason for the costume is that in the loooong tarzan fanfic that my friend and I are writing, at some point Jane becomes a member of Torchwood. 10 points to anybody who knows what Torchwood is.

Again I won't say much, but what I will reveal is that Jane, Maya and the other characters which I will soon draw are involved in a great big battle of sorts, and this is Jane's Torchwood uniform.

Jane Cedar because Cedar is her code name or something. Cedar, TorchWOOD, get it?

Oh and I couldn't find the logo for Torchwood (I don't know if there is one) so I designed one which is the picture on her chest - it's supposed to be a little tree wreathed in green flames.

And by the way, she's not actually supposed to be glowing, I just put that there so that she wouldn't dissappear in to the background completely
